We are currently seeking an energetic and skilled Automotive Sales and Leasing Specialist to join our team and help us continue to provide outstanding solutions to our customers.

**Position Overview**:
As an Automotive Sales and Leasing Specialist, you will be integral in driving sales and leasing transactions. You will work closely with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions, both for purchase and lease.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and guide customers through the sales and leasing process with a high level of customer service.
- Present and sell vehicles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales.
- Maintain a strong, up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle inventory, financing options, and promotions.
- Negotiate sale and lease terms and complete all necessary transactions and paperwork.
- Achieve and exceed targeted sales goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in automotive sales or leasing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Knowledgeable about the automotive industry and vehicle specifications.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay: $36,701.54-$136,219.60 per year
