**What You’ll Do**

You’ll be the glue that keeps our office running. Your days will be varied and fast-paced, and you’ll have the chance to touch almost every part of the business. Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing our client portal and handling e-signature processes
- Tracking and managing workflow so files keep moving
- Maintaining our client database
- Processing accounts receivable, client payments, and collections
- Handling office management: supplies, landlord communications, bill payments, phone answering, greeting clients, and general hospitality
- Ensuring filing deadlines aren’t missed by pulling reports monthly
- Managing filing (both electronic and paper)
- Preparing invoices, reconciliations, and expense reports regularly

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re searching for someone who thrives in an administrative role and enjoys supporting a busy professional team. The right person will bring:

- 3+ years’ experience in a professional office environment
- Solid skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (an asset, not a must)
- Strong organization and ability to stay on top of many moving pieces
- A self-starter mindset. You see what needs to be done and do it
- Friendly, approachable customer service skills
- Clear and professional communication abilities
