- Able to work with the CSR team to carry out basic store activities
- Detailed and have a love for fashion or have a retail clothing experience
- Answering phones and responding to customer questions and concerns
- Tech Savvy or not afraid to learn new computer skills
- Service customers; both receiving items and processing orders
- Good with simple math and cash transactions
- Self-motivated to make a difference in a store setting

**Schedules**:

- Availability: 7am -6:30 pm 5 days a week. Some weekends and evenings are required.
- Saturdays - 9am to 3pm

This position is on the TTC bus route and only minutes away from the subway.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scarborough, ON M1M 1T2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
