**Unicell Supply B2B Sales Development Representative**

**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities: Acquire New Business Accounts**
- _**Prospecting and Lead Generation**_
- Perform outbound sales activities such as proactive calls, vertical selection and targeting, and running sales calls.
- A large portion of call lists, prospects, and key industry data will be provided.
- Access to inbound leads to supplement new account generation (these accounts are to supplement, not replace outbound lead generation).
- Target leads across British Columbia.
- _**Self Sourcing Pipeline**_
- Must make proactive telephone calls to at least 50-70 new business accounts a day.
- Will have a team of 1-2 dedicated appointment setters to assist in appointment setting activities who will each support with an additional 50-100 calls a day.
- Must be able to develop personal sales strategy with dedicated outbound in person visits.
- Attend relevant industry trade shows when possible.
- Enterprise sales may require multithreading skillset.
- Experience with Linkedin Sales Navigator a plus.
- Meet weekly sales activity targets.
- _**Face to Face Discovery Visits**_
- Identify key decision makers.
- Meet clients on site to proactively set future appointments and also perform discovery sales calls.
- Learn and know product technical specifications and specific industry use cases.
- Educate and advise leads on value add options and cost saving measures.
- Driving license and vehicle are required for daily transportation to and from sales related activities.
- _**Deal Negotiations**_
- Will receive support and training from sales manager on product technical aspects.
- During training period will be accompanied by senior sales member for negotiation and deal conversations.
- Learn and know relevant pricing, floor, and target for each product.
- Display initiative in performing key actions that will help close deals.
- Communicate proposals and follow ups in a timely manner.
- Prepare relevant invoicing and communicate sales to fulfillment team
- Meet monthly and quarterly quotas.
- _**Hand Off**_
- Appropriately hand off new accounts to customer success team.
- Perform in person follow ups when requested by the customer success team when necessary.
- _**CRM **_
- Will be comfortable utilizing a CRM.
- Upload all CRM data in a timely and detailed manner.
- We use Method CRM with custom features, onboarding will be provided.
- _**Feedback**_
- Meet weekly with sales leadership for feedback conversations.
- _**Flex**_
- Occasional coverage for inbound, operations, and fulfillment teams only when absolutely necessary.

We work with janitors, small business owners, facility managers, purchasing managers, and government agencies, and resellers. Companies trust us to deliver their supply chain logistics because we offer robust supply chains of consistent, quality products with innovative designs in an environmentally friendly capacity. In this role you would work with different company types depending on the personal sales strategy you develop, these types range from small to medium sized businesses such as individual janitors and family owned restaurants and warehouses to mid market companies such as regional franchises and agencies.

**Compensation and Benefits**:
Competitive base with negotiated quarterly distributed commissions.

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
