**Summary**:
Fire-Pro is looking for **Project Coordinator/Estimator - Sprinkler Division** to support the growth of our field service team.

**Compensation and Benefits**:
**Title**: Project Coordinator/Estimator - Sprinkler Division

**Holiday & Stat Pay (9%)**: $1.80

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Convert field reports to customer presentable format.
- Communicate with field technicians for accuracy.
- Prepare quotations for repairs and deficiency rectification.
- Convert bulk costing to line-item pricing.
- Perform relief coordination duties as required.
- Additional duties as required.

**CORE OCCUPATIONAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**:

- Excellent customer service skills, friendliness, and respect for confidentiality
- Excellent organization skills
- Knowledge of NFPA, and UCLA codes (Can be trained)
- Experience in the Fire Industry - (Not Necessary)
- Experience in estimating is considered an asset
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team.
- Ability to take initiative and do research.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented, including sufficient knowledge of spelling and grammar to accurately proofread documents.
- Ability to work effectively in a very fast paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge/experience in the fire protection industry or trades is considered an asset.
