We're growing—and currently looking for a **Estimator / Assistant Project Manager** to join our professional team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

**YOUR ROLE**

As a Flooring Estimator / Assistant Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our project team by providing accurate estimates, site measurements, and coordination support from initial quote to project execution. You’ll work closely with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure every project is well-planned and successfully delivered.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and take accurate measurements.
- Prepare detailed estimates and quotes for flooring and cabinetry projects.
- Create floor plans and material take-offs using estimating software.
- Interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers to assist with scheduling, materials, and logistics.
- Review job scope, troubleshoot potential installation concerns, and offer value-based solutions.
- Communicate with vendors and ensure timely ordering of materials.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and client records.

**What You Bring**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in flooring, estimating, or construction-related roles.
- Strong working knowledge of various flooring materials and installation practices.
- Proficiency with take-off and estimating software (training can be provided).
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
- Excellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are **required**.
