**As a Manager, Administration Services your responsibilities will include**:

- Lead a team of Administrative Professionals to ensure overall quality, consistency and efficiency of administrative support services provided to the Business Unit, to meet the high standards of client service
- Provide support to stakeholders, including Partners and Service Line Leaders
- Coach and develop Administrative Services team members by providing and overseeing ongoing confidence-building feedback, both verbal and written, conducting regular one-on-one meetings, and addressing performance goals and concerns
- Assign, distribute, delegate work, and allocate job responsibilities evenly among team members and manage completion to ensure maximum efficiency in the offices
- Supervise Administrative Services team’s vacation and work schedules
- Lead recruiting, onboarding, and departures of team members with the support of Regional Manager, People and Culture and Talent Attraction
- Oversee the delivery and efficacy of the team’s training
- Manage the Administrative team’s needs and present issues to senior management (Managing Partner, Service Line Leaders, Regional Manager) as required
- Provide insight, feedback and trends to Regional Manager and Managing Partner, and assist with initiatives and strategies to deliver on the firm’s purpose
- Develop and maintain high quality relationship with all team members, including other Managers of Administrative Services, Partner/Principal group, and all other stakeholders
- Review and document existing processes within the Nova Scotia Business Unit, support the creation and implementation of Best Practices and Firm-Wide initiatives
- Collaborate with Partners and Administrative Support team members to improve the internal and external client experience
- Participate in cross functional projects such as office specific event planning, training admin team members of newly integrated firms, etc.
- Additional duties as assigned

- Ability to build relationships with and influence individuals from all areas, role levels and functions in the firm
- Strategic and innovative thinker, able to provide a balanced, practical approach to routine and complex issues

- Able to create the environment for growth and generate energy to inspire and lead
- Strong attention to detail, with high standards of excellence and professionalism
- Business acumen with experience in partnering with the business stakeholders to understand priorities, principles and practices and the ability to translate those into Administrative Support team priorities
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and on the job training
- Skilled in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote)
- 3+ Years of leadership experience, including people management and coaching
- 5+ Years in a progressive Administrative or Operations role within a professional services environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Project Management an asset
