Job Responsibilities:

- Be the right-hand person to the CEO, taking care of meeting prep, minute-taking, and follow-ups
- Make sure the office is always looking its best, including common areas, conference rooms, and kitchen
- Be the gatekeeper of incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including top-notch courier services
- Master the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date information
- Get in on the action by assisting with presentations, reports, and other materials as needed
- Protect confidential information and maintain the highest level of discretion
- Roll up your sleeves and take on any other administrative tasks that come your way

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize like a pro
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- The drive to work both independently and as part of a team
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
