**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide general office support, including maintaining organized filing systems for documents and records, and managing office supplies.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) for document creation, data entry, and scheduling.
- Assist with basic website updates and maintenance.
- Manage and engage on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support budgeting processes by tracking expenses and managing vendor relationships.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong proficiency in office programs (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Experience managing social media accounts for business purposes.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and office management software is a plus.
- Experience in budgeting and vendor management is advantageous but not mandatory.
