**Office Administrator**
- This is a full time position, Monday -Friday, 8am-4:30pm. _

Miller Lumber is looking for an Office administrator.

Duties include:

- Experience with Quickbooks is an asset.
- Managing accounts payable, and receivable, and overdue accounts.
- Managing pay roll for employees.
- Credit card reconciliations.
- Bank deposits and daily deposits.
- Managing and scheduling deliveries.
- Managing product inventory.
- Managing customer and vendor accounts.
- Managing sales receipts, invoices, return receipts and payments.
- Maintaining cleanliness of office.

Bonuses based on attendance and performance. Must live in or close to Barrie.

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
