**Job Essentials**
- Communicate with Planning Dept. and Shipping to ensure customer requests are met
- Enter orders into multiple databases (Fishbowl, Excel, Lineage Link)
- Prepare daily invoices in QuickBooks and EDI once orders have shipped
- Process FedEx shipments for samples as needed
- Coordinate carriers and delivery appointments
- Communicate short shipments to customers prior to delivery
- Ensure copies of purchase orders are sent to sales brokers
- Maintain inventory levels at outside storage facilities
- Miscellaneous filing and data entry

- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Outstanding attendance and work ethic
- Ability to multitask, with excellent attention to detail
