Payroll Administrator

The role is primarily responsible for processing payrolls for our multiple offices/locations, general company administrative and book keeping tasks.
This role maintains employee records, ensures payroll data is collected, input, processed, balanced and verified in accordance with Nethris Payments specifications.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process employee timesheets and payroll
- Issue payments for vendor invoices
- Adhere to Nethris Payments Policies and Procedures.
- Maintains confidentiality of client, employee and corporate information - Making entries into QuickBooks accounting software. --- Assisting directors with general administrative tasks.
Strongly Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently or in a team environment, including advanced communication skills both written and oral; providing excellent customer service internally as well as externally, demonstrated ability to probe, analyze and problem solve issues; strong sense of organization, attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task
Must have qualifications:
- Proficient in Quickbooks online.
- MS Word
- MS Office
- Excel (intermediate level minimum)
- Formal training in Accounting is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
