Smiles First Corporation, a well-established company of 20+ years, is seeking a Full-Time Payroll Administrator We are looking for an experienced, detail oriented individual, who can work independently or a part of a team.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Process payroll for employees in the organization
- Maintain personnel database regarding salaries
- Manage organization budget and expenses
- Report to department supervisor regarding daily activities and issues
- Address and resolve employee complaints relating to the payroll system
- Work with company database programs to process payroll in a timely manner
- Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expense

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year experience in Payroll required
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills an asset
