Purpose of Position

Essential Functions and Job Duties- Building ongoing relationships with identified student organizations, faculty members, and staff with various universities across North America.- Assists with defining key campus recruiting initiatives and programs to enhance team objectives.- Serves as a career mentor to educate and provide students with career advice, interview preparation, and other developmental resources.-
- Managing social media content on various platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Beamery, and other engagement outlets.- Partnering with the Campus Recruitment team for campus event management including event set up (virtual or in person), event registrations, planning, and other tasks as deemed necessary.- Assisting hiring managers and recruiters by expediting the campus recruitment processes, this includes:

- employment checks- Preparation of employment agreements and expediting onboarding- Preparing job postings and posting on various university job platforms- Providing troubleshooting support to Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Advisors within WorkDay and other queries related to the hiring process.- Executes best practices and ensures legal requirements are met through recruitment and selection process.-
- Supporting the summer internship program including planning and executing of all intern events alongside the Campus Recruiting team.- Providing general administrative support including invoice coding.- Take part in exciting projects as needed related to Talent Acquisition.

Required Education, Experience and Skills- 1-2 years of experience in a similar campus recruitment/ HR role is preferred; HR co-op experience is also acceptable.- Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR or another relevant field.- A self-starter with the drive, determination, and commitment to get things done.- Excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.- Advanced computer skills, including experience with applicant tracking databases, internet search and job board posting.- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow through.- Strong focus on business partnership and high degree of discretion and confidentiality.- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.- Team oriented, with the ability to build consensus and effective relationships in a cohesive business environment.- Must have a passion for customer service excellence.
