**Position Overview**:
As the Office Administrator at Amelco Electric, you will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, supporting team members, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support for accounting and data entry tasks such as AP and AR
- Manage daily office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors
- Greet clients and visitors, manage phone calls and general inquiries
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and paper-based)
- Coordinate internal events
- Assist with creating and editing reports, correspondence, and internal documents
- Support the management team and field staff with administrative needs
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related issues and communication

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education or administrative training is an asset
- **Experience in the position is considered an asset**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **Pivot or Eclipse**
- Familiarity with construction project workflows, documentation, or terminology

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience
