**Role Overview**:
The **Office Administrator** is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office by managing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This includes handling communications, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, ordering supplies, and providing general support to staff and management. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist with meeting coordination, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Coordinate and assist with Special Projects
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, and coordination of promotional materials.
- Organizing and coordinating events as requested and as approved by the CEO. This includes both strategic and employee events.
- Office management including office supplies management, vendor relations, maintenance coordination, and onboarding new staff.
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
- Manage training program registrations, coordinate logistics, and communicate details to participants to ensure a smooth training process.
- Coordinate logistics for conferences and events, including venue bookings, travel arrangements, and material preparation.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in marketing support is a plus.
- The ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Diplomas or certificate focusing on office administration.
- Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a dynamic business environment.
