Administrative Assistant

This is an entry level executive position available for the successful, hard working, sales oriented, and fun people of the world.
You will be the main point of contact for our president, technicians, customers and other members of our staff as you oversee the company’s overall admin needs while focusing on sales and the growth of our customer base.
This position requires you to be highly skilled when it comes to organization, execution, and communication. While organizing the schedule, and monitoring jobs from the initial service request to the final invoice, you will be part of our think tank for developing new systems to enhance productivity, and organize existing systems.
We are only seeking someone who is ready to be an all-star. Your drive in sales and effecient opperations management will impact our bottom line. Our desire is to create a mutually beneficial arrangement that will allow you to see personal success based on the overall success of the company.
**Responsibilities**
**- **Increase customer base by using proven sales strategies.
- Support our President, technicians and other staff with various administrative tasks including booking meetings and scheduling work, and monitoring job cycles.
- Responsible for creating quotes, invoices and reports.
- Develop and maintain office and administrative policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, or Office Administrative Assistant or Office Manager
- Tech savviness — you’re adept at picking up new office software and technology platforms
- Highly attuned client support focus — you’re equally good at managing internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of professionalism

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
**Experience**:
