**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and provide information about services.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) using systems like PSS
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with medical terminology and office protocols to support effective patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate efficient patient flow within the office.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a front desk role within a medical or dental office is preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems; familiarity with PSS
- Strong understanding of medical terminology to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
