**Scope of Position**:
Perform APQP administrative duties. Maintain, distribute, and update drawings, masters, specifications, and systems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Works with APQP and other departments to maintain a pulse on ongoing activities.
- Maintain and file various documentation, within company databases for the APQP department.
- Complete data entry and report generation for the APQP department purposes. This includes customer and department purchase orders and engineering changes.
- Support for the administrative release of engineering changes (ECNs), Product Requirement Form (PRF), purchase orders requisitions (PR’s) initiated by the APQP Department.
- Assist in the coordination of administrative procedures and report outs such as engineering change notices (ECN’s), document release and purchase order changes (POC’s).
- Facilitate training for ECN and Parts List Database.
- Assist Managers with organizing meetings (MSTeams, lunches, etc.). Assist with keeping meeting minutes and correspondence as required.
- Act as a Covisint and other customer systems administrator, as required.
- Check all customer websites on a regular basis to ensure new information posted by the customer is downloaded and reviewed by the APQP Department. This includes purchase orders, capacity studies, prototype and/or sample deliveries, VPP, etc.
- Organize APQP department communications/meetings, organization changes, Program Gate Reviews, charts, etc.
- Provide a link between APQP and other departments by controlling, maintaining, filing, updating, and keeping track of all revisions and distributions of all documentation, drawings, materials, and specifications throughout the company, including current, service, obsolete, and in-process.
- Archive documents and/or records and maintain the archive database.
- Assist with NPBS shipments.
- Back up support for entering new part numbers and revision changes in SAP.
**Basic Requirements**:
- University and/or college diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to enable amicable customer and interdepartmental relationships.
- Highly conscientious; must be detail oriented.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
