**SUMMARY**

The Bilingual Administrative Assistant I is responsible for a range of administrative duties including answering calls and document management.

**Location**: Hybrid, online and in-person at Markham office

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Carry out the day-to-day execution of clerical duties to ensure BGIS is provided with administrative support.
- Document management including filing, photocopying, word-processing and coordination / assembly of documents for binders and communications.
- Create and maintain simple spreadsheets.
- Maintain client satisfaction and positive relations with BGIS external contacts.
- Other related general administrative duties as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**MINIMUM EDUCATION**: High school education

**JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE**: One year or less

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Requires one (1) year or less of administrative experience
- Bilingual French & English required
- HVAC knowledge / experience is considered an asset
- Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office, intermediate excel
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills and organizational skills
- Ability to communication both written and verbally (French & English)
- Strong customer focus
