Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents

Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

Maintain and organize files (both digital and physical)

Assist in bookkeeping, data entry, and invoice processing

Support HR functions such as onboarding and recordkeeping

Help coordinate internal communications and office events

Job Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role will be an advantage

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

Fluency in English required
