**Job Summary**
Eventlli is a growing platform that connects event vendors and venues with clients looking to book their services. We’re building a trusted community for event professionals in London and surrounding areas.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a short-term Onboarding & Outreach Agent to help expand our vendor network. This role involves cold calling potential vendors (venues, caterers, planners, photographers, etc.), introducing them to Eventlli, and guiding them through the sign-up process on our platform.
**Duties**
- Cold call and follow up with potential vendors from provided lists
- Explain Eventlli’s value proposition and answer basic questions
- Assist vendors with the registration process
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sign-ups
- Provide feedback on common vendor concerns or requests
**Skills/Qualifications**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with phone outreach and cold calling
- Ability to clearly explain platform benefits and processes
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
**Contract Details**:
- Short-term contract (~15 hours, with possible extension)
- Remote work arrangement
- Flexible hours, with performance-based incentives
**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 1 week
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
