- Assist in creating a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for culinary arts with an eagerness to learn new skills and techniques.
