Ryu Griffintown is a high-end Japanese restaurant offering an upscale menu of sushi and hot dishes each elevated with a modern touch. We’re looking to hire experienced **Line Cooks **to join our restaurant group.

**POSITION**:Line Cook (hot dishes)
**SALARY**:$18-22 /H
**SCHEDULE**:Thursday to Saturday (Weekends Part-time)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare hot dishes and execute orders in a timely and efficient manner according to in-house recipes and high-end presentation specifications
- Assist in daily food preparations and inventory management
- Maintain a clean work environment, and adhere to the restaurant's high sanitation standards and food safety regulations
- Execute delegated tasks from our Executive Chef and/or General Manager

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2-3 years of cooking experience in a Japanese restaurant
- Willingness and ability to execute high-end Japanese cuisine
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a level of professionalism under pressure
- Must live in Montreal and/or have a valid Canadian working visa

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
