Come join RenoRun **We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our People team (Human Resources, Talent Acquisition & Culture) as an integral member, you will be assisting with all aspects of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. You'll be working alongside experienced team members, supporting and learning all aspects of the functions.**: **Your typical day includes**: - **Owning** - You will be managing a variety of processes, in relation to the entire HR function. Not only will you be ensuring they deliver on time, but continuously looking for ways to improve our process - **Driving** - Our culture is our life-blood. As part of the People team, you will be a figurehead of our culture and standards; demonstrating, leading and monitoring - **Collaborating** - You will be touching all aspects of HR, so you'll need to be passionate about teamwork Communicating and collaborating with your team and stakeholders, always being sure data and information is clean and clear - **Supporting**: - You will be part of the team responsible for supporting our entire company of superstar RenoRunners so you will be a source of information and inspiration - **Learning** - We're a small and tightly knit team, so you will need to be hungry to learn a broad range of disciplines, from HR compliance to reporting and analytics - **Flexing** - We change every minute to enable us to grow at the extraordinary rate that we do.
