Busy Southside Surgeons office has a position available for a full time MOA.
Completion of an MOA certificate is required, and at least one year experience is preferred. Previous specialist office experience is an asset. We are seeking an energetic enthusiastic team member who is reliable, has outstanding customer service skills and is willing to learn. Hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities for front desk reception include answering phone lines, booking and confirming appointments, and following up on pending imaging appointments. On the job training is provided. Extended health care and dental/vision care offered after 3 months. Please send your resume and cover letter for consideration.

**Salary**: $34,000-$43,000.00 per year

**Summary**

As a Medical Office Assistant, you will be integral to providing high-quality patient care and ensuring smooth office operations. Reporting to the office manager, you will utilize your core skills in medical terminology and telephone triage to assist and support patients. Your experience in a hospital setting or medical office will enhance your ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. Additionally, your strong customer service and office experience will be essential in fostering positive patient interactions and maintaining efficient administrative processes. Join our team and contribute to the well-being of our patients.

Pay: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
