**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain electronic medical records and update patient information accurately
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems, computers, scanners, printers
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal & Hospitality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a medical office or dental office setting is preferred, at least 2 years
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including managing phone systems and scheduling appointments

**Salary**: $16.50-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
