**Duties**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records software, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate with dental office staff to facilitate patient care and ensure efficient workflow.
- Process insurance claims and verify patient eligibility for services.
- Support the dental receptionist in managing daily operations at the front desk.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication and documentation.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems; 2 yrs experience with Health Quest
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures related to healthcare operations.
