**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic medical records systems such as Healthquest.
- Collect patient information, including medical history and insurance details.
- Assist with billing and coding processes as needed.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information regarding services offered.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including managing supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

**Skills**
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems (experience with Healthquest is required).
- Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and team members.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) is required.
