**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide office administration and operational support
- Preparing notices, reports, entering payments in our systems, and scheduling projects and maintenance
- Processing of deposit slips
- Produce statement of accounts as required
- Control the collection of all payments and credits to due to clients
- Contacting customers for aged accounts and prepare necessary collection notices
- Collect information and feedback from clients
- Customer Service
- Order Processing
- Distributing work to field teams and enforcing daily targets
- Other duties as assigned

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Must be ambitious and willing to learn
- Administrative background or experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation and delivery
- Ability to respond and express ideas clearly in written and oral communication
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
- Capability of learning new technology/software quickly
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven organizational and time management skills

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
