Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in office management, handling files and other paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Manage payroll processing and human resources functions such as employee records and onboarding
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage procurement processes
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and office supply management
- Ensure effective communication across departments and with external partners
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles with strong clerical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated team management abilities and leadership qualities
- Experience with training & development programs is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Prior office experience in a professional environment is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.49-$20.00 per hour
