**Director of Marketing and Communications**

Reporting to the Deputy Head, Finance and Operations, the Director of Marketing and Communications is a strategic, collaborative, and innovative leader responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy. The Director will elevate the school’s visibility and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and audiences—internal and external. This role is key to advancing the school’s mission by supporting enrolment, advancement, and community engagement goals. The Director will manage brand positioning, storytelling, and digital marketing.

**As the Director of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for**:
**Strategic Leadership and Brand Management**:Develop and execute a multi-year integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with the school’s strategic priorities. Articulate and manage a compelling and cohesive school identity that reflects the school’s mission, values, and unique character. Serve as the school’s storyteller—overseeing the creation of compelling narratives that resonate with prospective families, alumni, faculty, and donors.

**Enrolment, Advancement and Engagement Support**: Partner closely with Admissions and Advancement to craft messaging and campaigns. Align internal messaging with external campaigns to ensure consistency and maximize impact. Support marketing for key events, such as alumni reunions.

**Team and Budget Management**: Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team and external vendors. Manage the department budget and evaluate ROI on campaigns and initiatives using performance analytics.
