HERD designs, manufactures, and distributes upfitting equipment for transport trucks. Our offerings include Front-of-Truck Grille Guards and Truck Guards, Back-of-Truck Cab/Cabinet Racks, and Truck Accessories, such as toolboxes, deck plates, and steps.

HERD was founded in 2003 in a small garage, with the vision to bring an industry well-known in Australia to North America. We quickly established ourselves as leaders in Front-of-Truck Collision Protection. From these humble beginnings, we have expanded into four product categories, grown to nearly 200 employees, and operate across three locations covering 120,000 square feet of production space. Our commitment to innovation has driven significant investment in product design and modern manufacturing technologies. We are now ready for a period of significant growth.

**Your Role**:
Join us as our **Director of Marketing** and be the driving force behind our growth. Work in concert with our Director of Sales, and with Operations and Engineering Management. Generate ample opportunities for the Sales Team to pursue to achieve our growth objectives.

- Expertise in developing and maintaining a strong brand identity and image.
- Ability to analyze market trends, campaign performance metrics, and consumer behaviour to inform marketing strategies.
- Skills in managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Innovative thinking to develop unique and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market dynamics and industry trends.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Director of Sales to generate sufficient opportunities for the Sales team to prosecute to achieve HERD’s revenue and growth targets
- Own and refine the HERD brand
- Manage and continuously improve the company’s website(s) to enhance user experience
- Utilize technology to create a positive experience for all end users
- Develop and promote HERD’s messaging across advertising, recruiting, product launches, and all forms of communication (internal and external)
- Lead and attend trade shows, conferences, and events to promote HERD
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team
- Other duties as assigned

**Your Compensation**:

- Annual salary starting at $125,000
- Benefits package, including Health Spending Account
- Retirement savings plan
- Eligibility for management bonus
