Key Responsibilities:• Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify target industries and customer segments.• Own opportunity mapping and strategic market evaluation, defining where the organization should compete and grow.• Translate insights into a practical, prioritized go-to-market strategy.• Develop and communicate a cohesive marketing and sales strategy aligned with overall business goals.• Build and lead a results-driven sales team that delivers on pipeline growth, conversion, and client success.• Oversee distributor relationships and dealer partnerships, ensuring education, brand consistency, and revenue alignment.• Lead brand development and marketing communications across platforms and materials.• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and operations teams to ensure alignment with market demands.• Track, analyze, and report on marketing and sales performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy.
