**About us**

**Position Description**:
To support our further growth, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our US and Canada (USC) team. You will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of import and export distribution for North America along with coordination/inventory management of spare parts. This position will report to the US&C Regional Supply Chain Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support import and export documentation and arrangements.
- Day-to-day management of logistics flow.
- Cost control and allocation.
- Regular SLA and KPI reviews with 3rd parties.
- Manage exceptions and disruptions in transport and warehousing.
- Support insourcing of transport and warehouse services.
- Support logistics related projects.
- Coordination of spare parts shipments and inventory management of parts.

**Education, Skills & Experience**:

- Some College or equivalent experience.
- Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment - needs to be able to multi-task in order to manage both workload and paperwork effectively.
- Action orientated - needs to be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
- Knowledge of M3 ERP system preferred.
- Professional communication skills - needs to be able to communicate with peers, customers and vendors internally, and across cultures.
- Experience in warehousing and distribution, ideally also working with a 3PL, is desirable.
- The job demands language skills in English. Any other language (especially Spanish) is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, regional team environment that fosters advanced and effective approaches to managing warehousing and distribution of goods across USA and Canada
- For this challenging task we are looking for a proactive logistics coordinator, who is a team player, adaptable, logical, well organized and result oriented.
