The Property Administrator (PA) works closely with the Property Managers (PM) to undertake property management administration for a portfolio consisting of commercial and residential. This position is centered around lease administration, collections, process tracking, and other property specific administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lease Administration: Create, update, review, and distribute monthly rental rosters, rent rolls, etc. Create and administer checklists for lease administration. Track and maintain vacancy data. Analyze and understand leases and related documentation. Ensure tenant information is correct and up to date. Respond to tenant queries.
- Accounts Receivable: Report regularly on status of receivables and collection activity. Follow up on tenant arrears. Prepare rent invoices.
- General Administration: Provide administrative assistance as directed. Prepare files, analysis, reports, budgets, and correspondence. Notice creation and distribution. Special projects from time to time as may be requested.

**Requirements**:

- College or technical training equivalent to two years of study.
- Two to four years in contract or lease administration.
- Superior customer service.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, web-based programs, and Yardi.
- Lease and/or contract agreement basic knowledge.
- Personable, pleasant demeanour.
- Organized.
- Deadline driven.
- Detail oriented.
- Strong reading comprehension.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
