**Position description**:
We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Job Coordinator to be responsible for all tasks related to Job Coordination. The Job Coordinator will also be responsible for working with various staff members to complete a project.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparing and managing the field team schedule
- Creating invoices request and SOV for accounting
- Creating job files in our project management software
- Preparing, requesting, and completing a job start up document.
- Preparing and completing job closing documents.
- Issuing job numbers for construction project and service request
- Reviewing bills from vendors and subs with Project Manager’s and submit to accounting.
- Create and issue PO’S to vendors and subcontractors.
- Following up with inventory materials and equipment released from stock and transferred to various jobs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Job Coordination in the construction field
- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Prior experience with project management is considered an asset.

**Salary**: $38,216.18-$55,000.00 per year
