We’ve achieved strong sales growth and need to add some professional marketing insights with broad based talents to help us sustain our market position. **You Are**: - Results oriented, creative and innovative all in one - Comfortable juggling different challenges at any time while managing them to completion - Open to working with stakeholders in and outside of the office - A professional marketer that knows how to have fun and loves to learn **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop tactical & strategic marketing plans for Jaylor and products - Writing and designing marketing materials as required, in coordination with the advertising agency. - Oversee our web development & portal platforms to ensure maximum value - Manage digital advertising performance and web development through our third-party agency. - Organize photo and video shoots of products, customer testimonials, and dealership spotlights along with video interviews. - In cooperation with our Dealers, assist in creating and directing local marketing activities to expose Jaylor products to the selected audiences. - Act as liaison between advertising agencies, print suppliers, freelance talent, and various other marketing services and the company. - Manage social media, and lead generation through the web site - Work with a “Can Do” attitude **Key Requirements** - Be skilled in some of: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Ilustrator, WordPress, Google Ads/Analytics, HubSpot - Must have any combination of education and experience equivalent to a University degree or College diploma. - Must possess; excellent verbal and written communication skills for communicating with all external organizations and agencies, and Jaylor customers. - Be knowledgeable of and willing to promote Jaylor’s philosophy of "teamwork" and promote employee involvement at all times. - Must be highly organized, self motivated and have effective time management skills - Desire to have fun each and every day **Other information** - To start as soon as possible. - Permanent full-time position. - Knowledge of farm equipment an asset.
