We’ve achieved strong sales growth and need to add some sales & marketing support specialist with broad based talents to help us sustain our leadership position. **You Are**: - Results oriented, creative and innovative all in one - Comfortable juggling different projects at any time while managing them to completion - Open to working with stakeholders in and outside of the office - A professional that knows how to have fun and loves to learn - Someone with related hands on AG Industry experience **Key Responsibilities**: - Providing support to the Sales Manager, Territory Managers, Manufacturing Representatives, clients and dealers as required. - Writing and designing sales & marketing materials as required, in coordination with the in-house team and potentially the advertising agency. - Assist with photo and video shoots of products, customer testimonials, and dealership spotlights along with video interviews. - In cooperation with our Dealers, assist in creating and directing local marketing activities to expose Jaylor products to the selected audiences. - Aid in the creation of social media content and lead generation through the web site - Track, maintain and enter into the ERP system various dealer TM incentives - marketing programs, competitive allowance claims, TM incentive programs, mixer rebate claims, TM bonuses, coop advertising claims, etc. - Support for tradeshows including but not limited to, completing all contracts and letters, ensuring payment is received, making travel arrangements, recording and reporting on costs and maintaining all tradeshow files. - Maintain price books, price sheets, pricing, and maintain programs, categories and incentives for the Master dealer pricing program. - Work with a “Can Do” attitude **Key Requirements** - Be skilled in some of: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Ilustrator, WordPress, HubSpot - Must have any combination of education and experience equivalent to a University degree or College diploma. - Must possess; excellent verbal and written communication skills for communicating with all external organizations and agencies, and Jaylor customers. - Be knowledgeable of and willing to promote Jaylor’s philosophy of "teamwork" and promote employee involvement at all times. - Must be highly organized, self motivated and have effective time management skills - Industry knowledge and experience a definite asset - Desire to have fun each and every day We offer competitive wages based on skills and experience Extended health coverage that includes life insurance, long term disability and AD&D, medical, dental and vision after only 1 month **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Extended health care Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
