Falcon Xpress Transportation Group Inc. is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the ‘Team Falcon’. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, possesses excellent customer service skills, takes direction well, capable of working closely with team-mates, has knowledge of transport industry and is familiar with freight forwarding. **Experience will be necessary in order to hit the ground running**.

**Duties Include**:

- Book loads for our customers and enter in the system.
- Price and negotiate opportunities within market thresholds
- Create shipping documents and follow internal procedures to dispatch load and do follow up.
- Request any customs documents or additional paperwork required for the load pick up.
- Monitor and notify customers regarding all pick ups and deliveries.
- Notify customer regarding status of their load and any delays at pick up or delivery.
- Must be capable of troubleshooting and resolving any issues surrounding the pick-up and delivery of the customer loads.
- Engaging with drivers constantly to dispatch loads & plan routes effectively with mínimal downtime

**Experience**:

- Logistics Experience: 2 years (required)
- Minimum 1 year experience with LoadLink

**Required Qualifications/Skills**:

- College Diploma or University Degree
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Dispatching experience preferred
- Transportation industry experience
- Outstanding customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in verbal/written English a must, additional languages a bonus
- Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Solutions oriented, able to solve problems quickly
