- Create and implement effective menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organised restaurant environment, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients for food preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of food production and preparation techniques.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a passion for helping others succeed within the team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the restaurant environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
