Investment Planning Counsel Inc. was established in 1996 And we work towards assisting clients in “Living their Dream” through financial freedom and providing with them with peace of mind in investing and their financial goals. We are located in South Surrey area and are in need of administrative support for two Financial Advisors.

As a Client Services Manager

Please Note - This is an in office position.

**What is the role of our Client Service Manager**:

- Escalate all client matters in a timely manner, as warranted by the situation.
- Ensures excellence in every interaction to provide a consistent experience for existing clients and prospects
- Schedules and manages Advisor/Client Appointments and events, participating and documenting key information where required
- Handles all client requests with the Advisor and/or the team.
- Ensures accuracy of all documents being completed.
- Provides ongoing feedback to the team to ensure all opportunities for business improvements are captured and reviewed

**What are the preferred qualifications**:

- Financial industry experience is an asset:Mutual Funds License will need to be obtained within the first 6 months.
- Be highly organized and have strong attention to detail as you work independently and alongside the team
- Business writing skills are vital, and proofreading skills are an asset
- Relationships - Able to foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients, advisors, branch support staff, IPC Head Office staff.
- Communication - Excellent client service skills are required. Ability to anticipate client needs and timely follow up is expected.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and paperwork weighty environment.
- Comfortable working with a paperless environment

**Salary**: $38,000-$40,000

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
