The Credit Analyst will be responsible for adjudication of identified credit submissions, preparation of all required credit documents and providing support to the underwriting department. They will provide personalized service in a professional manner to our members and prospective members.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Recommend decisions and, when within approved limit, make decisions (adjudicate) on credit submissions
- Keeps informed of and be willing to implement service improvements, new concepts, software technology etc. that will improve the operating efficiency of the lending function
- Consider, recommend and, when appropriate, implement efficiencies and improved systems and processes

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A post-secondary education or equivalent coupled with one (1) year of credit review experience
- Strong knowledge and understanding of credit underwriting, administration, and monitoring practices
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and highly motivated
- Flexibility to work various shifts based on business needs including but not limited to evenings and weekends
