**Compensation**:
$55,000+ DOE
**Responsibilities**:
- Input and manage residential MLS listings for all agents using Paragon system
- Prepare listing contracts and agreements through Webforms and send to clients for execution via DocuSign
- Prepare marketing content for listings such as window displays, brochures, property market evaluations and various social media posts using Canva and InDesign
- Create and manage ads for property listings on Facebook and Instagram
- Create weekly MailChimp campaigns to be sent to internal client list
- Coordinate all vendors required for listing activities such as photographers, sign installations, property measurements, staging (both physical and virtual), cleaning, painting, etc
- Order all required listing documents such as title searches, strata documents, etc. using LTSA, eStrataHub and various property management company portals
- Assist with the management of in-house Microsoft Outlook calendar by inputting scheduled appointments and sending invitations to relevant parties
- Manage and respond to all potential client leads that come in from the company website, Realtor.ca, Zillow, REW, etc
- Update and manage website listings using Wordpress
- Manage incoming calls and text message requests using company phone
- Daily management of internal property database (both digital and physical files)
- Update and distribute monthly real estate statistics to all office agents
- Day-to-day tasks such as opening and closing the real estate office
- Provide first class customer service to both our clients and our in-house agents
**Qualifications**:
- World class customer service skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Must have strong copywriting skills
- Must have a good working knowledge of the following technology: Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, Canva, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Wordpress, Dropbox, Docusign
- Strong social media marketing skills including the ability to run ads - Instagram, Facebook, MailChimp, LinkedIn, Youtube and Linktree
- Have a “can do” attitude to all required tasks and the ability to problem solve
- Access to a car would be ideal, but not necessary
- Previous real estate office experience an asset; license not necessary
