**BDC Sales Telemarketer - Budds' Group of Companies**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BDC Sales Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team at our automotive dealerships. As a BDC Sales Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting our products and services, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to meet daily call targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using our contact list or leads database
- Introduce and promote our products and services in a compelling manner
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and buying preferences
- Set appointments for customers to visit our dealership and meet with our sales team
- Document all call activities and customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed daily call targets, with a minimum expectation of 100 calls per day
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of appointments and customer information

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound sales
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and friendly phone demeanor
- Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and comfortable with technology tools
- Automotive industry knowledge or experience is preferred but not required
