MINI Oakville is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professionals to join our stand-alone dealership in Oakville, Ontario. What We're Looking For:

Experience in automotive sales is an asset, but not required—we provide training for the right candidate. What matters most is your attitude, drive, and commitment to success.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong motivation to achieve monthly sales targets (new and pre-owned vehicles).
  • Positive, high-energy attitude with strong self-motivation.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and our BDC team.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Confident presentation and product knowledge skills to showcase vehicle features.
  • Ability to set and maintain multiple customer appointments weekly.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and internet tools.
  • Skilled in presenting purchase and lease options with confidence.
  • Determined closer with a focus on long-term customer relationships.
