**Sales Executive**
**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals successfully.
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and follow up on prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and executives to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive technical sales by explaining product features and benefits to potential customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in finance, accounting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Familiarity with Inside Sales techniques and telemarketing practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
- Experience in business development and cultivating long-term client relationships.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
