**Sales BDC Representative - Budds' Group of Companies**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage leads in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Follow up with potential customers to set appointments and answer questions
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that appointments are kept and customers are satisfied

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience prefered; automotive industry experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
