This is a rare and exciting opportunity to become part of **The FireRock Lounge** team as our **General Manager**.We are seeking a motivated and ambitious cocktail enthusiast who can take our lounge and patio to the next level. You should have the ability to build, cultivate, and lead a highly effective team. Above all, we are looking for someone with a genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences that exceed all expectations.As the General Manager, your role will involve constantly seeking ways to enhance operations. You will bring forth ideas and initiatives while motivating and driving the venue towards success.**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a strong emphasis on delivering high standards and upholding our Core Values
- Maintain the solid relationship with the Westin Hotel, and Grill & Vine Restaurant
- Staff management: schedule, manage and train your team. You will lead by example and ensuring that your team understands what excellence entails. This involves developing the skills of your staff in areas such as product knowledge, service skills, team culture, and guest relationships.
- Hitting and reporting on weekly metrics. Being proficient with numbers and seeking revenue-driving opportunities.
- Managing day-to-day operations with sophistication and passion.
- Seasonal cocktail menu creation.
- Inventory and ordering management.
- Liquor license compliance.
- Champion internal feedback and hook up programs.
- Marketing and event execution.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in hospitality involving mixology and cocktail creation is essential.
- Marketing/Sales background is an asset
- Guest experience focused with community connections
- Administration and computer skills (Microsoft products, POS, employee timekeeping programs)
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong communication skills and ability to react calmly to challenging and stressful situations
- Serving It Right certification
- First Aid (or ability to acquire)

**Salary and Team Perks**:

- $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary based on experience and qualifications.
