**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, the General Manager oversees daily operations, maximizes profits, enhances customer satisfaction, and maintains high staff morale. You will ensure compliance with F&B policies, standards, and procedures, develop goals and plans to prioritize tasks and implement action and training plans to achieve operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor labor costs, inventory, and budgets to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams on events, menu updates, and promotions.
- Address guest feedback and maintain strong relationships with customers and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years in a senior F&B leadership role.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and labor productivity.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional.
